For purchasers, also need:-
Front Page of Contract of Sale
Current Bank Statement showing funds to complete purchase
For refinancing, will require:-
Last 6 months of current lender showing good repayment history
Copy of last 6 months statements for all loans, copy of most recent credit card statement, all showing excellent repayment history
Current rates notice showing no arrears
Will also need to show reasonable tangible assets, such as property and cash in relation to loan size
